Hi, I’m Olly Cator. In addition to running the website Norfolk’s Best, I enjoy creating a range of line art, ink, watercolour, and digital art.
My works mainly focus on drawing and painting the things I find beautiful across East Anglia and on my wider travels.
Norfolk born and bred, I attended Norwich University of the Arts, where I studied for my degree in Visual Arts.
If you’ve arrived at this page, you’ve most likely seen my artwork in an exhibit or display. I am available for commissioned work and specialise in architectural, village and street scenes, but I’d be more than happy to discuss any vision or idea you may have.

Here you can see an example of how I work in an ink and wash piece I created depicting a view across the fine city of Norwich.
Beginning with a fine ink, I slowly build a structure for the scene in black and white.
After scanning these line drawings, I work in with a variety of washes and watercolours.
My artworks are available as both line art or coloured paintings/prints.
